Digital Data Specialist
Your role
As a Digital Data Specialist, you'll be part of our Analytics team, consisting of two Data Analysts, and a Data Engineer. You'll be fully responsible for the setup and expansion of Tealium (iQ & EventStream/AudienceStream). You are the 'owner' of this platform: from vision to execution. While you report to the Analytics Team Lead, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to shape and manage the technical roadmap.
You are an indispensable link in the organization and a strong discussion partner for the Platforms product team and the CRO team. You manage the interests of various stakeholders and translate their ambitions into the right tracking and data infrastructure.
What will you do?
Tealium Ownership: You take the lead in the entire Tealium environment, our Customer Data Platform. You are responsible for the architecture, data quality, and further integration of AudienceStream (CDP).
Stakeholder Management: You work closely with the Analytics, Website and CRO teams. You advise them on technical feasibility and ensure that tagging needs are seamlessly incorporated into the development process.
CDP Innovation: You are the driving force behind connecting and activating customer data, enabling us to offer our users a personalized experience.
Lead in Tagging & Events: You design and implement complex tagging structures (Client- and Server-Side) and draw up measurement plans for new platform features.
Collaboration: You align the technical vision with the Analytics Team Lead and work side by side with the Data Engineer and Data Analysts to turn tracking into insight.
What do you bring?
Demonstrable experience with Customer Data Platforms (i.e. Tealium, Adobe, Segment, etc) is a requirement.
You are a strong communicator and able to take the lead in conversations with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Tech).
You have a strong sense of responsibility and are accustomed to showing ownership over your own tech stack.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and a clear vision on the transition to Server-Side tracking.
Strong understanding of CDP architecture and how to leverage data for personalization and retention.
Good command of JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations.
Experience with technically facilitating A/B testing programs and CRO workflows.
